Goodbye and good luck
It is with heavy hearts that this month we say goodbye to CICES CEO, Ann Allen and senior administrator, Anne-Marie O’Neill. Both have dedicated a number of years to the institution and we thank them for all their work and their application and commitment to their roles.
Both are moving to pastures new, with Ann taking up a job closer to home at the University of Leeds and Anne-Marie as an administrator for an engineering firm which is also closer to home. We wish them both the best of luck and hope to hear updates on their new positions.
ICW Memorandum of Understanding
CICES has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Institute of Collaborative Working (ICW) to explore areas of mutual interest and cooperation. Its main aim will be to identify ways that ICW and CICES may co-operate in establishing collaborative working as a professional business discipline and to civil engineering surveying. It includes education, continuing professional development, member services and training. We will continue to provide updates of our collaboration as it develops.
Regions presentations
Thanks to everyone who has contributed to summer’s series of regions presentations, including the Greenhatch Group and Geosphere4d.
