@davebennett @CharteredICES @TopconGB_IRE Well done Dave – I shall salute you at GEOBiz!
Typically my Sundays as a 20-year-old consisted lounging in bed with tender neck and hazing head from rugby and associated antics... Sunday mornings as a 30 year old, early run, coffee, London Marathon and catching up with this year’s @CharteredICES Construction Law Review...
Snuggled up to enjoy this issue! What an art! #CICES
@Geoterra_Mark @CharteredICES @MickleyHall Count me in. I know a few more that would attend from other regions.
Our #Geospatial #Apprentices have got off to a flying start following the fantastic #DECSurveySchool we are excited to see this #TalentPipeline grow and it’s impact in the #LRC #NorthWest
I think sometimes the land surveyor probably gets forgotten about. We don’t shout enough about the skills that we bring to the industry...
A great day was had on Friday with students from 2020 and 2021 graduating from the TSA Surveying Course. A special congratulations to the students for winning awards too – they certainly have raised the bar for the new students who started Course 57 today.
Ben Nevis, the largest mountain in the British Isles standing at 1,345m above sea level. It is formed from a long extinct volcano which is thought to have met its end in the Carboniferous period around 350 million years ago.
In 2016 we remeasured the height of Ben Nevis to be 1344.527m, increasing the previous height by approximately 1m. On all new OS Maps since then you will find Ben Nevis labelled as 1,345m high.
